We only contact patients who agreed to receive messages from your clinic, send through your own system, keep treatment details out of the texts, include an opt-out in every message and respect quiet hours. We work inside your booking system, so patient records stay with you.

Do we need new software?

No. We work inside the booking and messaging tools you already use (Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mangomint, GoHighLevel and similar).

What does "a patient who shows up" mean?

A patient who had been inactive, booked through the sprint and attended the appointment. No-shows and cancellations don't count.
